These Terms of Service govern your use of the Melvari website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All products are 3D-printed figurines, hand-cast epoxy resin sculptures, keychains and related items. Product images are representative; minor variations in color, texture and inclusions (air bubbles, surface marks) are normal due to the handcrafted nature of 3D printing and resin casting. We strive to accurately represent our products but cannot guarantee exact color matching across different screens.
Polish customers are billed in Polish Złoty (PLN). All other EU customers are billed in Euros (EUR). All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For PLN orders we also support Przelewy24 (P24) and BLIK. For EUR orders we additionally support iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA Direct Debit. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
We ship to all EU member states. Poland: 10 zł flat / free over 90 zł. Western EU: €5.99 flat / free over €50. Eastern EU: €4.99 flat / free over €50. Southern EU: €7.99 flat / free over €75. See our Shipping & Returns page for details. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

All product designs, images, text and branding on this website are the property of Melvari or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express permission.
Melvari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Świdnica, Poland, subject to applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
