Return policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition (unused and undamaged)
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the damage

How to return

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
2. We'll provide a return shipping label
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Non-returnable items

• Custom-made or personalized figurines, sculptures and keychains
• Hand-cast epoxy resin pieces made to order
• Items that have been painted or modified
• Items returned after the 14-day window
